MWC 2020 approaching fast (cancelled)

In the mobile world, January marks the beginning of countdown to the world’s largest mobile event - Barcelona's Mobile World Congress (MWC). Its' 2020 edition will take place 24-27 February, centering around the new digital era enabled through advanced connectivity and artificial intelligence. Industry leaders and visionaries will look to spark discussion and open up new business horizons.
The 5G Era, sponsored by Deloitte as one of the main topics, will highlighting how next-generation networks and development of global connectivity potential will shape businesses and cultures. Artificial intelligence has been a recurring theme for several years now (check Becoming AI-Ready: Surviving & Thriving in a Robot Age).
Topics will also include Customer engagement as key battleground for brands, the future of Media &Entertainment with AR/VR and rich content forms, Security & Privacy in data usage, fraud detection and legal framework while conducting technological businesses responsible to Our Planet and, finally, using a blend of new technologies like industrial IoT, big data, analytics, AI, robotics, 3D printing and machine learning for unlocking new revenue streams and engagement models. MWC will traditionally host Partner Programmes, as well as Ministerial Programme with focus on policy enablers for digital investment and adjustments of regulatory frameworks to new markets and values for citizens.
